Membership Cancellation

• A member may request cancellation of their membership by submitting a written application to admin@pessa.org.
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 15 working days of receipt.
• Membership benefits and access will cease upon processing of the cancellation.

No Refund on Cancellation

• Membership fees paid are non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation.
• Any unused period of membership will not be compensated in cash or credit.

Termination by PESSA

PESSA reserves the right to cancel a membership if a member is found to be in violation of the association's code of conduct or ethical standards.

• In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
• The member will be notified in writing before termination, except in cases of serious misconduct.

Event Cancellations

• If PESSA cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and event fees (if separately charged) may be refunded or adjusted.
• If a member cancels their event registration, the event-specific cancellation terms will apply.
