Membership Fees

• Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Executive Committee.

Duplicate Payments

• Where a member has accidentally made a duplicate payment, the excess amount may be refunded after verification within 30 days.

Rejected Applications

If an application is rejected by PESSA before membership approval:

• The Association may refund the membership fee after deducting administrative charges, if any.

Event Fees

• Separate event registration fees, sponsorship fees or training program fees shall be governed by the specific refund policy applicable to such event.
